The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for the fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related static equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in project planning within pressure vessel, heat exchanger, or heavy fabrication industry
- Experience working in ASME-certified fabrication workshops is preferred
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and static equipment
- Proficiency in planning software: Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Understanding of ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
