QC Engineer

QC Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements through daily inspections, material reviews, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Nationality: Filipino (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction projects (structural and finishing works)
• Previous experience in a real estate development company or a construction company
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and project specifications
• Proven experience in preparing and implementing Quality Control Plans
• Solid background in materials testing, including concrete and finishing works
• Ability to review and approve construction drawings, materials, and technical documents
• Strong reporting skills with experience preparing daily and weekly QC reports
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
