Senior Intellectual Property Counsel

As Intellectual Property Counsel, you will join Match Group's growing legal team to actively manage intellectual-property-related matters for Match Group's portfolio of companies and across its leading brands. You will leverage prior law-firm and corporate/in-house experience to protect, enforce, and defend Match Group's intellectual property rights.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
• Membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• At least 6 years of experience in intellectual property law with a top law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Experience handling and managing both prosecution and contentious matters
• Experience with domestic and foreign patent prosecution and enforcement
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and provide incisive and pragmatic advice
