Job Description
We're hiring for two leadership roles across Match Hospitality: Duty Managers and a Venue Manager. Our venues operate midday until late, 7 days a week, with extra hours for big events and game days. Key responsibilities include leading shifts, supporting the wider team, delivering great service, and managing FOH operations within one of our venues.
Requirements
- Current Duty Manager License (LCQ + Managers Certificate)
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Confident leading a team and running service
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Proven Venue Manager / senior leadership experience
- Strong team leadership and systems mindset
- Confidence with rostering, wage targets, stock control, and compliance
