We are looking for a Senior Personal / Sales Disponent to join our internal team in Osnabrück, Germany, for the placement of commercial-technical personnel.

Requirements

• Sustainable customer care and active acquisition of new customers
• Recruitment of new employees for assignments in the framework of temporary employment at customer companies
• Independent handling of all personnel management
• Acquisition of applicants (gn) via various channels, contract drafting, personal care, etc.
• Suitable placement of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements
• Representation of the current branch management in case of illness, vacation, etc.
