Requirements

• Long-term customer care and active acquisition of new customers
• Recruiting new employees for deployments in the context of employee leasing at the customer companies
• Autonomous handling of all personnel management
• Attracting applicants through various channels, contract design, personal care, etc.
• Suitable disposition of employees according to the defined customer requirements
• Successful completion of training
• Experience in the personnel service industry (employee leasing) in the industrial-technical sector
• Experience and enthusiasm for active sales for new customer acquisition
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High degree of self-responsibility and pronounced service orientation
• Unrestricted employment contract
