CDI - Assistant·e de copropriété (Paris)

We are looking for a real estate assistant to accompany a team of managers in the optimization of the satisfaction and loyalty of properties in portfolio. Your goal is to assist managers in their missions, client relationship, and work with the product team and Matera experts.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and interest in evolving in the real estate syndicate sector
• Versatility in managing various missions (administrative, legal, accounting, supplier management, etc.)
• Good relational capacity with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Pedagogical and reassuring capacity with clients
• Real appetite for the product/software part
• Highly organized and rigorous, capable of prioritizing urgencies
