Job Description
Material Bank is seeking a senior technical leader and program manager to drive complex, cross-platform initiatives at the core of how our business operates and scales. This role is designed for someone who moves seamlessly between strategy and execution, translating company goals into clear technical constraints and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience with a strong technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or platform engineering
- Experience owning complex, cross-team or cross-platform initiatives with long-term impact
- Comfort shaping architectural direction without needing to be the sole decision maker
- Ability to operate as a technical and operational generalist across multiple domains
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRMs, billing or payments platforms, lead or marketing technologies, logistics or fulfillment systems, and automation tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Sound technical judgment and the ability to make and explain tradeoffs clearly
