Requirements
- Measure and increase utilization of technicians
- Ensure technicians operate safely and are properly trained
- Drive sales through exceptional service
- Troubleshoot dock and door equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections
- Perform service, maintenance, repair, and installation on commercial doors and loading dock equipment
- Perform paperwork
- Maintain quality
- Clear communication
- Proper completion of paperwork
- Desire to take care of customers
- Physical and ability to lift up to 100 pounds
