Job Description
MHI is seeking a Rental and Used Equipment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of their equipment rental and used function. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining records, coordinating delivery, maintaining equipment, and supporting used equipment sales, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer service. Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of material handling equipment preferred
- Comfort with forklifts, warehouse equipment
- Basic customer service or sales support experience preferred
- Experience with equipment rental, material handling, or similar is a plus.
