Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk performs receiving functions for incoming material, evaluates condition, and verifies weight and quantity. They also perform shipping functions for outgoing material, pack and ship product according to customer requirements, and process deliveries in the computer database.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills preferred
- Ability to drive a forklift preferred
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to build wooden crates when required and use of power tools preferred
