Job Description
Mather is seeking an experienced and passionate Fitness & Wellness Services Manager to lead the evolution of wellness in luxury senior living. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, bringing Mather’s signature Person-Centric Wellness Model to life across our communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Wellness Management, or related field.
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA) required.
- 5+ years of experience in fitness or wellness program management, preferably in multi-site or settings.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 40-50%.
