Senior Associate - Corporate Development

Mati Carbon is an XPRIZE-winning mission-driven global enterprise aiming to boost smallholder farmer income and resilience, regenerate soil ecology, and durably remove carbon. The Senior Associate - Corporate Development will work directly with Mati's leadership on corporate strategy, capital formation, and transaction execution, preparing strategic business cases, modeling capital structures, supporting fundraising processes, and managing complex transactions and partnerships.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in structured finance, commercial lending, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Financial modelling, transaction delivery, due diligence, or capital raising experience
• Top-Tier MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or equivalent world-class postgraduate qualification
• Prior exposure to impact investing, climate finance, carbon markets, agricultural value chains, or ESG-aligned deal making
