Job Description
We are seeking certified Boiler Technicians with remote camp experience to join our team. As a Boiler Technician at MATRIX, you will be responsible for the winter maintenance, and repair of various boiler and heating systems.
Requirements
- Certification as a Boiler Technician, HVAC, plumbing or equivalent
- Valid gas fitter "B" ticket
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with boiler systems, frost fighters, Toyo stoves and a variety of propane fired furnaces and heaters
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Ability to work independently and within a team in challenging environments
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and work in remote settings
- First Aid and WHMIS certifications are preferred, WHMIS is required
