Camp Manager (Fly In / Fly Out)

MATRIX Camps, Logistics & Aviation is seeking a self-driven, adaptable individual to lead overall camp operations in remote environments, handling facilities, utilities, and logistics.

Requirements

• Take the lead on overall camp operations, keeping facilities, accommodations, and daily services running smoothly in a remote environment
• Handle the operation and upkeep of incinerators, PACTO toilets, water filtration, and waste systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain basic electrical, plumbing, generator, and water systems as issues arise
• Work closely with the culinary team, helping coordinate inventory, deliveries, and ensuring a reliable camp supply chain
