First Cook - Advanced First Aid

We are seeking experienced 1st Cooks with Advanced First Aid for rotational positions at remote camp locations across Canada. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and maintains high standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Plan menus that meet resident client preferences and dietary / allergy requirements
• Manage food inventory, ordering, storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation
• Train, support, and supervise kitchen staff
• Experience preparing meals for small and large groups in a remote camp kitchen setting
