Requirements
- MBO+ work/learning level (supplemented by an administrative education)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English languages
- Digitally skilled and good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with ERP system (SAP/CRM)
- Communicatively strong, customer-oriented, and keep track
- Quickly switch, work accurately, and are stress-resistant
- Problem-solving ability and a sense of initiative
