Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who gets energy from customer contact and doesn't shy away from a challenge. As a Service Representative, you have an operational and versatile role, and you are the first point of contact for customers within your region(s).

Requirements

• MBO+ work/learning level (supplemented by an administrative education)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English languages
• Digitally skilled and good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with ERP system (SAP/CRM)
• Communicatively strong, customer-oriented, and keep track
• Quickly switch, work accurately, and are stress-resistant
• Problem-solving ability and a sense of initiative
• Mentality of a top athlete, you go for it!
