Nurse Practitioner

Matrix Medical Network is a healthcare organization that provides medical care to underserved populations. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work as part of the Clinical Operations Team to provide clinical assessment and care to assigned patients in their homes and in skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's Degree required
• Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC
• Current CPR certification
