Nurse Practitioner - Flex/PRN

Matrix Medical Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical assessment and care to assigned patients in their homes and in facilities. The Flex Provider will perform comprehensive adult/geriatric physical exams, identify and diagnose chronic diseases, and document patient care. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant RN experience or 2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Master's Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
