E&I Superintendent

The E&I Superintendent will plan and supervise work activities, determine methods of construction, safety procedures and requirements, and coordinate with different crafts and departments to ensure compliance with safety policies and schedules. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving construction problems and safety issues, conducting accident investigations, and maintaining communication with HR and other departments.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in similar facility, including construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
• 1+ years' experience supervising craft employees
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
• Ability to supervise large groups
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
