Job Description
The Senior Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer billing process, including maintaining accurate AR files, setting up invoicing procedures, and supporting regional offices. The role requires experience, integrity, and judgment to make sound decisions and provide guidance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of general accounting and/or accounts receivable experience
- Strong construction industry experience required
- Strong understanding of contracts and hands-on experience issuing specific types of invoices
- Computer proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and experience with PENTA or Access
