Job Description
The Construction Engineer II EPC (E&I) is responsible for providing technical engineering information to company supervision and crafts to ensure construction work associated with E&I aspects of a project comply with all engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
- 4+ years of experience in heavy construction engineering required with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation scopes of work.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation installation including cable tray and conduit routing, cable installation and terminations, switchgear and VFD installation and related discipline design and overall engineering standards is
- Advance Workface Planning (AWP) experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint.
