Job Description
The Pipe General Foreman will oversee pipe foremen and crews in assembling, laying out, installing, and maintaining piping systems for industrial and new construction projects.
Requirements
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Manage crew processes, scheduling, costs, employee relations issues, and employment needs
- Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
- Tactically plan operations for scheduling workloads in crews efficiently
- Ensure all QA/QC requirements are met on assigned projects
- Attend and represent the company on bid walks and potential projects
