Tank Superintendent

The Tank Superintendent is responsible for supervising craft employees for the aboveground storage tank and specialty vessel business lines. This role requires 6+ years of experience in similar facilities, 1+ years of experience supervising craft employees, and a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in similar facility, including construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
• 1+ years' experience supervising craft employees
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
• Experience working with aboveground storage tanks and specialty vessels is required
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
• Ability to supervise large groups
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
