The Systems Integration Lead oversees end-to-end integration of Hexagon enterprise software across corporate and project environments, ensuring systems connect correctly, interface with upstream and downstream applications, and are successfully adopted by users. The role partners with various teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, data and security standards, and project schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software technical implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience deploying system platforms or comparable EPC/industrial systems.
- Understanding of construction, commissioning, quality, or project execution workflows.
- Experience coordinating across IT, project teams, vendors, and functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be in the office at least 4 days a week and travel to office and project sites as needed.
