The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for performing a broad range of human resources activities to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, HR training, and compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years generalist experience in human resources
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge and practical application of federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated skill in the successful development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies
- Strong PC skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with personnel at all organization levels
- Excellent service orientation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
