The Superintendent is responsible for supervising craft employees assigned to the Electrical construction discipline work area, supporting safety and core values, and planning and supervising work activities.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in similar facility, including construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
- 1+ years' experience supervising craft employees
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling cost control
- Ability to supervise large groups
- Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
