Job Description
Matson is seeking a Hostler Driver to support the operation on an on-call basis. The role involves street driving for commercial use, hazmat, airbrake, and tanker operations, and involves safe handling of containers and equipment. Must be available for 8 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week, with occasional longer shifts. Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL and pass background/drug screen.
Requirements
- Street driving (dray equipment operation)
- Safe container transfer (hazmat, airbrake, tanker operations)
- OSHA and DOT safety compliance
- TWIC card and Class A CDL
- Ability to pass background, alcohol, and drug screen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card
