Job Description
Manage multiple communities with multiple builders, provide oversight of each phase of construction, with a focus on quality of homes, customer satisfaction, project deadlines and community storefront.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in specialized training from a technical school
- 7 years of related field experience
- Thorough knowledge of management practices and leadership skills
- Knowledge of residential home building industry with appropriate construction experience required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Build Pro by Hyphen Solutions preferred
