The Land Coordinator will assist Land Development Managers to achieve timely entitlement planning approvals and work closely with multi-disciplined consultant teams and governmental authorities to implement development plans and meet deadlines. The role will also involve building and maintaining positive relationships within the organization and with contractors, municipalities, agencies, and our own team of Builders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Land Planning, Construction Management, Law, Business, Finance or related field preferred, but not required
- Experience in the homebuilding and land development industry preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet hard deadlines
- Self-motivated with ability to work well on a team
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent project coordination skills in assisting team’s work efforts
- Detail oriented, strong communicator, and team player
