Purchasing Coordinator

Mattamy Homes is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to facilitate the flow of information between departments, analyze homeowner documentation, and assist with construction budgeting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a similar role, a working knowledge of residential construction, and computer literacy with MS Office applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar construction/purchasing related role
• A working knowledge of residential construction
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy is required
• Computer literacy with experience with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Access
• Ability to do numerical analysis and prior work experience in performing such tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
