Job Description
New Home Sales Assistant will assist the Sales team by setting appointments with prospects, providing administrative assistance, and following up with home buyers after contract. Responsibilities will include demonstrating a team focus, coordinating various administrative activities, and ensuring customer expectations are properly met in the facilitation of all activities from contract signing to closing.
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
