Behavioral Health Clinical Service Manager

The Behavioral Health Clinical Service Manager will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the behavioral health department, overseeing staff and direct patient care for a large, culturally diverse population. Responsibilities include providing psychosocial assessments and interventions, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with medical providers and community partners.

Requirements

• Master's level Social work or Counseling degree
• Licensed: LICSW, LMHC, and/or LMFT
• Minimum of two to three years of relevant clinical experience
• Self-starter with ability to manage staff and give directions
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
• Good communication skills with staff and patients
