Dental Director

The Dental Director provides overall management and leadership in the strategic design, development and management of the dental practice. The Dental Director is responsible for all administrative and management activities related to the delivery of dental care to Health Center patients, including direct patient care, supervision, and dental operations.

Requirements

• Degree in dentistry from an accredited school of dentistry
• Minimum of five years experience in providing clinical and administrative duties
• Active unrestrictive license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Skilled in operating and supervising multiple operatory per provider delivery system
• Prior management experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (Internet software, spreadsheet, word processing etc.)
• Training skills a plus, demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
