Nurse Practitioner Anchor—Family NP Residency Program

Mattapan Community Health Center is building a world class primary health care system that is committed to caring for special populations, and that is focused on improving health outcomes for our patients as well as building healthy communities. In this role NP Anchors will provide comprehensive primary care services in an ambulatory setting serving a diverse and underserved community.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse License in Massachusetts
• Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Graduate from an accredited Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Licensed (APRN) and credentialed (FNP-C or FNP-BC) - or license/credential-eligible as FNP by program start date (September)
• One year of recent clinical experience in a hospital or community health care setting
• Bilingual in Haitian-Creole or Spanish preferred
• Three or more years of experience working with a diverse population in a health care setting is preferred
