The Facilities Support Associate is primarily responsible for operating the company shuttle and providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services across the corporate campus. This role ensures timely transport of employees, packages, product samples, and materials between designated locations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

- Experience in using shipping systems such as UPS online portal preferred.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle safety procedures.
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Familiarity with package tracking systems and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices in loading dock environments.
- Understanding of confidentiality and secure handling of corporate materials
