Mattel is looking for a Manager of Analytics to join the Product Quality Analytics team. The role is responsible for building and scaling a trusted, centralized analytics ecosystem that supports decision-making across the Quality organization. The Manager of Analytics will lead the development and application of advanced analytics, AI, and data science solutions to proactively identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve product quality, safety, and consumer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related analytical disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing analytics teams
- Proven experience building and scaling centralized analytics or data platforms
- Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, or data science techniques to business problems
- Strong expertise in self-service BI, dashboarding, and data visualization best practices
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud data platforms
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical solutions
- Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team growth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance strategic initiatives with operational delivery
