Job Description
The Coordinator - Technical Support is responsible for resolving technical issues encountered by customers, sales, and other teams. This role involves offering technical support via telephone, internet, and field environment, creating documentation, managing inventory, and providing training. It is part of the Technical Support team within the Information Systems and Technology architecture.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of previous technical support experience (or equivalent education and experience).
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
