Junior Project Coordinator

SGS & Co and SGK are uniting to form SGX, a packaging production firm. They are seeking a Client Coordinator to join their team in Gateshead, working with leading brands. The role focuses on client services, providing support and completing various administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Liaising daily with the Product Launch and Change team.
• Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team.
• Entering client information into the Product Lifestyle Management system.
• Communicating job progress and answering customer queries.
• Producing electronic certificates, reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Contributing to credit control activities.
• Liaising with and supporting the Global sales and marketing managers.
