Estate Assistant

We are looking for an Estates Assistant to join our team, a hands-on and varied role with no two days being quite the same. The role involves managing the company fleet, coordinating travel logistics and office facilities, building supplier and contractor relationships, and keeping accurate records across various areas.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong administrative skills
• Comfortable with occasional travel, including overnight stays to other locations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A confident communicator at all levels
• Calm and effective under pressure
