Job Description
Retail Assistant Manager at maurices, assisting in supervision of a store team to create an unforgettable shopping experience, developing leadership skills, and interacting with customers on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
- Experience in training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
