Job Description
The CI Project Manager will lead continuous improvement activities, identify and develop projects to drive process metrics and financial benefits, and train associates and teams on innovative thinking and questioning of established practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a process and product improvement focus or Operations Leadership in a lean production environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering a plus)
- Certification in Lean manufacturing preferred
- Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong Project Management and execution skills
- In-depth knowledge of formalized lean manufacturing practices and tools
