Industrial Mechanic - Night Shift

The production line mechanic will be responsible for all production maintenance, including product quality control, line maintenance, and repair of line machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Three to five years of work experience in a manufacturing plant as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician
• Knowledge and experience working with high-speed equipment and electric-pneumatic controls
• Able to use both a MIG welder, and ARC welder
• Able to order parts and maintain inventory of all maintenance-related material
• Advanced working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components
• Working knowledge and experience on Automation; Industrial Process and Control system; PLC; Measuring Devices; Instrumentation; Robotic Application; Bulk Handling System
• Working knowledge and experience on Facility Maintenance (Roof, Dock, plumbing) and Plant Equipment (Boiler, Air Compressors, Ammonia/Freon/Glycol Refrigeration, HVAC, Ventilation, Cooling Tower, Condenser, Backflow preventer, Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher, Wastewater System,...)
• Planning, scheduling & assigning ability while well experienced in defining priorities, required skills & resources
• Hold practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Multitasked in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes in direction bases business requirement
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments
