Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for front-line leadership in day-to-day operations of a designated production team including safety, quality, efficiencies and meeting customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
- Previous Labor Relations experience
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment
