Job Description
In the role of Shipping Manager, you will oversee the shipping and receiving departments of our Charlotte, NC warehouse manufacturing environment. Bring your strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to meet customers’ expectations.
Requirements
- GED or High School diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Supply Chain, Transportation or Logistics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong people and organizational skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Flexibility to work in an environment that is 24/7 with on call status during evening and weekends.
- Ability to change tasks throughout the day while managing team performance.
- Computer experience to include SAP, production planning systems and Microsoft Office.
