Requirements

• Develop, implement, execute comprehensive test plans, performance and capacity test plans, focusing on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Identify, document and track software defects.
• Set up performance test environments (rhel virtual machines, helm, kubernetes).
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure thorough testing coverage in (not only) Kubernetes-based environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
• Provide detailed reports on test execution, system capacity, bottlenecks, and overall product quality (metrics/logs/traces).
• Provide data-driven input for release readiness and go/no-go decisions.
