The Barback is responsible for helping the bartender in the daily operation of the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
• Ability to stand during the entire shift
• 21 years of age
