Slots Supervisor / $19 - $20hr

The Slots Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of slot department workers, handle player complaints, and ensure proper orientation and training of all Slot procedures.

Requirements

• Management experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the Internet
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressured situations
• Honesty and Integrity
• College degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
