The Starbucks Barista creates the Starbucks experience by providing legendary customer service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities include anticipating customer and store needs, communicating with the team, and following operational policies.

Requirements

• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently.
• Posses basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions.
• Actively promote and personally observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
