Job Description
The Automotive Sales Manager will lead a multi-brand sales team focused on EV cars, BEV & ICE scooters and battery charging systems, achieving revenue goals, driving team performance, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in automotive sales; 2+ in management
- Experience in EV and traditional vehicle sales is a plus
- Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms
- Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of auto financing, leasing, and inventory control
